1,200 Ltr Stainless Steel Powder V-Mixer Blending Plant with Screw Feeder, Sifter & Liquiverter This is a Used Powder Blending Plant which consists of an Approx. 1,200 Ltr Stainless Steel Powder Hopper with Screw Auger, Stainless Steel Screw Feed Auger Discharge Conveyor, Approx. 800 Ltr Stainless Steel Liquiverter, Sifter & Centrifugal Pump, currently held in stock at Lockerbie, Scotland. Dry Ingredients (Powders) are blended in the V-Mixer, which has a Rotating & Enclosed Screw, vertically mounted insider the Hopper and blends all the dry powders, by continuously bringing powder from the bottom to the top. After mixing in the V-Mixer, Powder Blends are discharged by an outfeed Screw Conveyor via a Rotary Sieve (Sifter to remove any possible lumps), to a Liquid-Powder High Speed Liquiverter. There is a product Pump, which can be utilised to do a recirculation, as well as Pump final product to the next stage in the process. Please note that this Mix system, requires the plant to be supported on Gantry, with the Powder V-Mixer mounted on a higher level. Can be used as a batch mix system or continuous mix system, depending on the type of product/blend/process.
